JUI Demands Immediate Release of Detailed Judgment in Mubarak Sani Case
Qadianis Are Traitors to Islam and the Nation; A Group That Does Not Accept the Constitution Is Not Deserving of Being Called Pakistani
Lahore: In a joint statement, the leadership of Jamiat Ulema-e-Islam (F) including Amir of JUI-F Lahore City, Muhammad Afzal Khan, General Secretary Hafiz Irfan Shujaat Butt, Commander Maulana Muhammad Umair Mehmood, Deputy General Secretary Maulana Abdul Wadood Shahid, President of Lawyers Forum Lahore, Muhammad Hashim Tehami Advocate, President of Lawyers Forum City Lahore, Faizan Shujaat Butt Advocate, and Deputy Secretary of Information Qari Manzoor-ul-Hassan Chitrali, have called for the immediate release of the detailed judgment in the Mubarak Sani case.
They stated that Qadianis have consistently acted like “serpents in the sleeve,” attempting to harm Islam and the nation. They are deemed traitors to Islam and the country, and a group that does not accept the constitution is not deserving of being called Pakistani. The leaders emphasized that safeguarding the belief in the finality of Prophethood (Khatm-e-Nabuwat) is a fundamental responsibility of the Muslim Ummah. They warned against tampering with laws related to the sanctity of the Prophet and the finality of Prophethood, as it may hurt the sentiments of Pakistan’s Muslims.
The statement acknowledged that the Supreme Court has recognized and corrected the errors left in the Mubarak Sani case, thereby representing the Ummah’s beliefs. This belief is a foundation for unity and solidarity among the entire Ummah. The Qadianis have faced defeat on political, social, and religious fronts. The statement concluded with a demand for the prompt release of the detailed judgment in the Mubarak Sani case.
