Deputy Commissioner Sargodha Addresses Public Issues Under Open Door Policy
Sargodha: The Deputy Commissioner of Sargodha, Captain (R) Muhammad Waseem, has taken significant steps to address public grievances by implementing an open door policy in his office. He listened to the issues presented by the public and issued directives for their prompt resolution.
According to sources, Deputy Commissioner Waseem emphasized the importance of timely feedback from relevant department officials to ensure effective solutions to citizens’ problems. He reassured applicants that resolving their issues is a top priority for the government, aimed at reducing the need for them to make repeated visits to official offices.
He instructed the heads of district departments to avoid delaying tactics in resolving public issues, stating that disciplinary actions would be taken against officials who neglect the concerns of the public. He urged all officials to enhance their performance standards in providing relief to the citizens.
Deputy Commissioner Waseem also assured elderly individuals and other applicants that the district administration is actively working to address their complaints and challenges, committing to providing all possible relief to the public.
