Lahore : The Lahore High Court has postponed the hearing regarding Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf’s (PTI) request for permission to hold a rally at Minar Pakistan until today (Friday). The case was presented before Justice Farooq Haider, with Assistant Advocate General Muhammad Farakh Khan Lodhi representing the Punjab government.
The petitioners, Aliya Hamza and Imtiaz Mahmood Sheikh, were represented by Advocate Ishtiaq A. Khan, as Advocate Azhar Siddique was absent. Justice Farooq Haider inquired about the absence of Advocate Azhar Siddique, to which Ishtiaq A. Khan informed the court that a request for postponement had been made. Justice Haider agreed and scheduled the case for today.
